"Worst gas station I have ever been to. Customer service is worthless. Employees rely on self check out too much, I hate self check out. Coolers are always down too."
"This location lost two fuel customers within five minutes because there are no cashiers and the self check out kiosks were not working properly. There was a lady behind the counter who was trying to help both customers and this was not her fault at all. However, since Mach 1 has gone to all self check out (which is confusing at best) and no actual person to work the register, they will lose a good deal of the business of the customers who value the customer service expected from a gas station."
