"The employees are pro-active. I was heading to customer service when an employee spotted me and asked if I was going there. He had something to do but put it off to help me. The store is also so tidy. I used the men’s restroom and was astonished how clean it was and it smelled good as well. I was super impressed!"

"I usually do not have any issues with this location. However, the "Amazon return" customer service is nothing to brag about. Sometimes your lucky to hear two words from the employee before they rip the return label off the machine with an attitude. It is convenient to drop it off instead of finding a UPS store. Nevertheless, it can be somewhat unenjoyable."
