"This place has gone downhill. It’s never clean in the changing rooms. The employees I’ve interacted with lately are rude, unprofessional, or both. The quality of the clothes have gotten worse. I keep giving it another try because I loved it in the past but now there’s no real benefit anymore."
"I love this store, but the higher up management has been a problem I have found. The management that has direct customer care are amazing-they are always there to help and still manage to create a nice environment regardless of some customer behaviors. However, the store never is allowed to close when there is a national weather advisory, and I think this is extremely unprofessional and dangerous. I wish the workers were able to not feel guilty when wanting to stay safe. Nothing is worth more than staying safe and not risking a life."
"If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Their dressing room is closed and their cheap clothes never fit right so I asked about their return policy. The girl said that she could return the money to my card but cannot give me cash so I payed with my card, went and tried them on and came back and then their policy magically changed and the manager said that they actually only do store credit. I now have a gift card for there that I’m never using. This store is trash."
