"I purchased two mugs online from Rally House. They were shipped in a large box with little protective packaging, so it was not surprising that they arrived in pieces. I attempted to exchange them at the O’Fallon store. When we asked about this, we were told that they couldn’t refund or exchange products that they didn’t ship themselves. This is understandable. What isn’t acceptable, though, is the rudely aggresive and insulting behavior of the small, blond woman who relayed this information to us. We were frequent Rally House customers at this location. However, because of her behavior, we will no longer shop at the O’Fallon store."
