"If I could give my experience at this Culver’s a 0 I would. Krysta needs to get fired immediately. I have never been so mistreated at a restaurant. Background— I am in the drive-through after the drive thru worker was short tempered with me. I see a friend that I haven’t seen in a while, I begin to wave and say hello. Krysta slams the drive through door in my face and gives me a dirty look. I would like to let you know I will never give Culver’s business again and you need to get new workers immediately (Krysta). Not just me, but I will be spreading the word to my friends and family. Just because you’re having a bad day you never put it on your customers. Being in the fast food industry myself, my #1 priority is always my customers. Customer service should always be your top priority, it’s simple, and super effective. "Horrible customer service. When you order fish and chips a key component is the tartar sauce that was requested but forgotten. Called in and the person who claimed to be manager told me my only options were to drive back for the sauce 25 minutes round trip or drive back to return the food also 25 minutes round trip. Luckily option three is telling Visa not to pay them as what I ordered wasn't given to me."

"This location is close to the village public works yard I work at. I’ve always had great service and hot food from here. I’ve gotten the occasional mixed up order, but that happens everywhere so I don’t sweat it. We’re all doing our best, and this location has the best cheese curds."
