"I wouldn't give this place A star. They were so nice to me when I was ordering the sofa. I thought that these people cared about their clients. They do not care about the clients. They clearly care only about getting your money out of your wallet. They made me wait over a month for a sofa. It was returned to Simple home because it couldn't be delivered. Then they expect me to pay for some fee they dreamed of. When I said that I wouldn't pay it they showed their true colors. Kind of a bummer when you lose that commission huh? And it's been brought to my attention that there's charges on my credit card for a sofa I do not have in my possession. They won't get a cent from me. Pretty crooked way to do business."

"I researched on the SimpleHome online first and went into the local store to sit in the sofas I had identified. One of them was in stock and the other was not. Kevin was very helpful and listened to my needs and didn’t apply too much pressure. I looked at and tried several other options as he showed me around and ended up settling on the original one. I look forward to the delivery in 2-6 weeks. The prices are discounted and I can also try out the furniture in person. Two thumbs up!"
