"I like the over priced chicken tenders. Went inside to place order and was surprised how dirty it was. Doors needed to be cleaned and fountain area definitely needed attending too. Not sure if I will be going there again."

"I was in a terrible mood when I came here once, long day at work and we put my beloved dog down a few days prior I was really going through it. one of the employees here said " someones hangry" as I drove off in the drive through and that hurt. I honestly felt so bad about it. y'all have to learn some manners because you really don't know what someone is going through."

"From outside the location looks clean enough and almost gives me like a coffee place vibe but that's just me, walking in the place seems to lack wiping of the tables and proper care for floors, front end register was positive at first and then seem to lose their small the more I spoke to them and the more I made them think, I did not call the manager but I assume he was busy not being at the location from what I was seeing, seems like they are trying to keep up with slot of things. Overall I feel it's an okay place but I much rather drive up to the place and leave."

"I’ve been to this location several times since they first opened about a year and a half ago. Let me tell you one word: consistency. This Cane’s restaurant is as consistent in terms of quality, taste, and service as I’ve had with other locations—especially the Schaumburg one as that was my go-to before this store opened. I always go for the Box Combo - four tenders, cole slaw, fries, Texas toast, and Cane’s sauce. The chicken tenders are delicately breaded with a nice balance of crunch and meat. The fries are always fried perfectly—crispy, never soggy. Cane’s sauce is seriously my favorite sauce from any fast-food restaurant, and the Texas toast is always a friendly addition to the meal. EVERYTHING TASTES AMAZING… except for the cole slaw. It’s just not that good. Thankfully, they are happy to swap that out with an additional Texas toast or Cane’s sauce. I love it here. ONE LOVE ❤️"

"I just tried Canes for the first time and the chicken tasted like heaven. So warm and tender. The bread was everything. It was fluffy and salty. The fries being added in made it the perfect combo. If you want the best chicken on earth I recommend you go here. It’s definitely worth the price! You won’t be sorry"
