"$60 dollar order for family. Food not fresh, order was not ready. Would rather much wait 12 minutes for fresh food than 4 minutes for cold food. Wouldn't recommend this place anymore."

"Very poor service. There were 4 people, very few customers including those driving thru, yet took the order after 10 min and then walked away. When I confronted them after 10 min, then the grudgingly bring the food. No apology, no regret, nothing. They even did not offer the sauce until I asked them. I am fan Popeyes, but this particular store is pathetic service wise. If you are in rush and looking for some quick grab, better ignore this place."

"The cashier started taking my order, without a word turned and walked away. Second time he did the same thing. Third time, I asked If we'd get through the order before he walked away. His response was I'm here alone (so who was the employee he left the counter to talk with), then do YOU want to come back here and do the job. At which point I walked out. Should explain service to these guys. I can get mediocre food and rude service anywhere."

"The food and service are terrible. I ordered food at the drive thru. I had to order three times, I figured the speaker was terrible and could forgive that. When I pulled around to the window the staff was talking to the car at the window in front of me. They talked for five minutes. Food was never handed to the car during that time. They eventually pulled off and I got to the window. It turned out to be the manager. He asked what my order was again. I repeated it two more times there at the window. He forgot what drinks I ordered then. I finally got home with food for my family and it was wrong and on top of that terrible. The food was dry and inedible. Popeyes customer service was no help. They apparently don’t do refunds. Not worth the money."

"Not only was I ignored at the order box for 3-5 minutes But when I got to the window, the guy barely paid attention to me.. Then I got home just to find out. This is what I received. The only tenders I received were thin and dry. Otherwise I apparently got nuggets."
