"Stopped by to check out Buns on Fire this past weekend. I know they are a new establishment but the food & atmosphere were both fantastic! From the juicy burgers to the hot chicken sandwiches they were both very flavorful and had just the right amount of kick to them. I loved that they had a boba bar as well. I really love boba and get it every chance I get. I highly recommend the passion fruit smoothie. Oh and if you get a chance try the mango habanero wings with the ranch. They were soooo good! Overall a very good place and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely go back."

"Took a visit to Buns On Fire in Buffalo Grove and was greatly pleased at the atmosphere, service, and of course, food! The neon vibe along with the spray paint art made you feel like you are in a hidden gem place in downtown Chicago! The Hot Chick chicken sandwich was incredible! Accompanied with a spicy aftertaste, the flavor lingered in my mouth just long enough so I HIGHLY recommend trying their spicy options here. Yes the food is halal and another thing to note is their unsoggable bun! Super soft and delicious. Try their boba drinks, there's so many options like the Choco Loco Nutella base drink and more. I highly suggest you come here with friends and family and have a blast eating their awesome food! 5 stars!!!"

"First and foremost, I will say that Moe, the owner, is awesome. He wants feedback from the customers to make his restaurants great. The restaurant is well designed and inviting. Clean with plenty of room for customers to stand and sit. I picked up the Hot Chick sandwich. The buns were fresh and chicken perfectly fried with the house sauce that went deliciously with it. The pickles added some nice flavor to. The one gripe I have is the cut of chicken. Places like Fry the Coop and Dave's Hot Chicken offer a thicker cut of chicken with less fried breading. Granted for a bit more money. But something that I and many people prefer. That being said its a solid sandwich. The one thing that did surprise me was the Dragon Fruit refresher. It was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend getting it with tapioca. I love that its close to home. Will definitely be coming back."

"My family and friends enjoyed the food, ambiance and boba! Very cool little place in Buffalo Grove. The chicken sandwich was delicious, packed with flavor and spice. The beef was also amazing. Seasoned fries were perfect accompaniment. They also have little fried chicken nuggets. We were so excited, we tried almost everything on the menu and it didn’t disappoint. The bubble tea was divine. We ended up dining in, we got the Taro and Mango flavors at our table. The ambiance is fun and unique to Buffalo Grove. We welcome this fun addition and wish this new establishment tons of success!"
