"Panera seems to be trying harder these days. The food and service have slightly improved. I don't think you get what you pay for, but it's getting better. Their restaurants are all oddly scruffy, in that they're never quite clean or organized. For example, the floors and tables are never all clean. But when you order online or at a kiosk it's never clear from store to store where to pick up."
"I ordered bacon avocado melt to take out, and when I opened it at home there was no avocado. But it's not the first time missing ingredients."
"This is the worst Panera Bread in this country. Today this place couldn’t pull any rewards and sip club membership, and there’s no half&half by 12pm. I regularly visited this place due to its location, but their customer service is just always awful. Their employees also like to argue with customers rather than fixing their own problems."
"This is by far the worst location. And it’s sad because of the area. The employees here are unprofessional and they are lacking customer service skill. First off apron must not be worn in the lobby, much less on your way to the toilet. Aprons should be taken off inside the kitchen. I see employees here taking out the garbage with their apron and I’ve seen them on their way to the toilet with their apron on. It does not matter if you take in off just before entering the toilet, it’s disgusting. I also known this to be true because I worked in the industry during my college days and the always teach you to take off your apron in the kitchen or behind the counter."
"It is still a Panera breads but you will have a special experience here. There puck two is more delicious and flavorful. Coffee is fresher than any other Panera I have been. The store itself is crowded but super clean. Abundant parking spaces are another pros of this location. I really like this place"
