"Indian-mexican fusion place with really good burritos and tacos. Highly recommended. Dine-in customers receive complimentary chips and warm salsa. Place seems contemporary and is pretty spacious indoors. The sauces are self-serve and offer about 6 or 7 different types ranging from mild to spicy."

"I first went to the Taco Maya location in Schaumburg and I loved it. I was pleased to see there was a location in Downers Grove. I like that they’re open late. The restaurant was very clean. Customer service was excellent. I ordered Korean beef, yucatan, chicken tikka, and horchata. The chips were good but a little saltier than the Schaumburg location. The avocado sauce for dipping is still a great choice. Horchata was very good, tasty with just the right amount of cinnamon. Korean beef was mediocre. Meat needed more seasoning. ⅗. Chicken tikka was very savory. Chicken was perfectly moist and those masala spices had just the right amount of heat. Mild spicy. 5/5. Yucatan was my personal favorite tonight. Big pieces of marinated shrimp with generous amount of chorizo was a great combination. 5/5. I recommend getting the tacos from the speciality and chef’s special sections. You can truly experience more of the Indian-Mexican fusion. I give this place 4.5."

"Like a sit-down but with the convenience of ordering at the counter instead. You get chips and salsa as you wait for the food to be brought to the table. Fusion items look interesting but only tried the classics- carnitas and pastor tacos- delicious! Salsa bar with 6 varieties. Street tacos sized but big flavor. Would return!"

"This place is very elegant with an awesome vibe. I went in for lunch and the food was amazing. The service was super speedy and very friendly. Their tacos are absolutely incredible! This is already my second visit and am very much satisfied with the food. Also had fried ice cream which was very delicious. Definitely recommend this place!! I will always be returning!!"
