"Very poor service. Only come here because they stay open later than other locations. They always forget stuff, especially my guac and chips. And if you complain they want you to call some automated system and waste more of your time. Horrible service…and the Manager is never any help either. And the place is dirty."

"This is not a safe establishment to eat. I have had food poisoning not once, but twice eating here. First time was confirmed e. coli a few years ago. Tried again a few days ago - happened again. Something different but equally brutal. I had assumed the issue surely must've been fixed, and I'm paying the price for that assumption. Other reviews mention food poisoning as well, usually surrounding the chicken. Between this and the multitude of negative reviews regarding any number of issues related to cleanliness, staff, and quality, management needs to start taking these concerns seriously for the health and safety of patrons unlucky enough to go here."

"We live locally and have tried this location numerous times hoping this time will be better…. But it never is. We have tried feeding online for pick up ( which is super convenient for a busy family) and going into the restaurant to order and it’s never good, something is always wrong with our order. Today with our kids meal we received and extra tortilla and didn’t receive our kids size chips. They almost didn’t give me our kids fountain drink, I had to remind them we needed that. Our large chips and queso were only half full. Both of our steak burritos had nearly no steak. The worst part is that the “extra guac” was basically a whole very brown avocado…. There was no guacamole…. It was disgusting. (I have received an avocado peel in my guac numerous times before). We will no longer be frequenting this location we will gonna extra 15 minutes out of our way to another location. We are beyond disappointed and disgusted."

"The lovely woman making my burrito made me the best one at any chipotle I have ever had. They usually short me on toppings but this was perfect. Also every bite had a good mix of the ingredients instead of a blob of sour cream in the corner like I’m used to. Love this location!"
