"I called and ordered for pickup, a Veggie Lovers and asked that it be square cut. When I got home I found it had been triangle cut. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, I know, but that's not what I ordered. So I called, the guy that answered immediately started making excuses. A sorry about that was, all I needed but he said I should have checked it before I left with it. Sure, if you don't think your people can follow one simple change then I guess I should have. Plus of course I had an extra 20 minutes to kill while you made another one. Then he said, "well THEY don't really like doing square cut on Veggie Lovers pizzas." What? What does that even mean? This was going nowhere so I hung up and ate your stupid pizza. There are a ton of choices on where to order pizza in Mundelein. Avoid this place."

"Really appreciated the delivery driver tonight! We know game day is very busy but this location got the food ready pretty fast. The driver accidentally forgot the soda and we told him to was all cool. A couple minutes go by and he brought us the liter. We were not going to even make a fuss about it. But it was greatly appreciated! Will definitely order from here again with that level of service."

"***DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE*** This location is an embarrassment to the Pizza Hut corporation! So I ordered online and order was submitted at 4:48pm, I picked the pickup time for 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:30pm and was told it would be another 20-25mins. What? I was told there was 13 orders ahead of me, as I looked around the lobby there was about 5 people waiting, can you believe this most of the people waiting for their orders, their orders were in the warming oven at the front. Does anyone working here know what their doing…..? It is now 6pm and I’m still sitting here and I see a Pizza and Wing box sitting in the warming oven….so I ask Bandanna Boy, what order was sitting in the warming oven, and surprise it was mine. So I sat there for 30mins, who knows how long it sat in there, hopefully not as long as I sat here waiting. To the employees, one employee stood around and I’m not even sure what he did, maybe the Manager, one employee made pizzas and one cut the pizza and boxed them. Now to my order which is another FAIL, extra green peppers means EXTRA, not 10 little pieces on a large pizza, there was hardly ANY toppings on this pizza to begin with. I’ve ordered from the Round Lake Beach Pizza Hut without any issues. Take a look at the Pictures, Pictures don’t lie. I love Pizza Hut, maybe order from this location at an off hour…..maybe then they can do it with success."

"Would give 0 stars if I could. Breadsticks were just a large piece of overcooked bread. Pizza had some rubber band in it (pictures below). Tried calling the restaurant several times to resolve but they don’t answer. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!"
