Brat Stop

"An interesting spot which makes it a place to stop and try at least once! The outside doesn't look like much, but the inside is huge, with tons of seating on two floors. There is huge bar with lots of on-tap options, along with a full bar. Multiple screens make this a good spot to watch a game, plus there is video gambling, pinball and other games. The Brat Stop offers live music, trivia night, moonshine tastings, volleyball, golf and pinball leagues, cheese shop, banquet hall, take out menu and a variety of events that serve and benefit the community. While this is not a fancy establishment by any stretch, in fact it's a bit outdated, it is a fun atmosphere and family friendly. We stopped in on a Sunday night, and it was not busy at all. We opted to sit at the bar, and while it took a minute to be noticed, when we were the service was good. My husband and I both ordered the "Smoooookin'" brat. He had his with tots and coleslaw and I ordered fries and sauerkraut. The brats were very good, with a nice char, both the tots and fries were hot and crispy, the coleslaw had a great consistency and good flavor, and the saurekraut was truly the best I've ever had. When I asked our server about it, commenting that it didn't taste like it came out of a jar, she told me that the restaurant orders their kraut but finishes it in house. This is most likely why it was crisp and not soggy and tangy but not sour. If you're passing through, The Brat Stop is a conveniently easy-on/easy-off place to grab a beer and a brat. It's an experience!"

"I have been here plenty of times but never thought about doing a review because everyone loves the variety at the Brat Stop! The food is great - ALL of the choices! People are friendly and the service is good. They have a patio, a private room in the back, live music and a great selection of Wisconsin products! If you're local or passing through, stop here! Well worth your time."

"Perfect place for a quick lunch. Stopped and had lunch which consisted of fried cheese curds, a cheddarworst with a side of sauerkraut and German potato salad. Excellent food and fantastic service. Fun ambiance with plenty of seating options. Sit at the bar, booth, table, or bar height tables. Plenty of menu items to choose from, appetizers, BRATS, burgers, wraps, pizzas, and sandwiches. They have a trivia night.and live music. Great place to stop and a bite to eat. Then stop in the gift shop to grab T-shirt, cheese, hat, beer, cheese, brats, cheese, sauerkraut, german potato salad, and dudni mention you can grab a some fresh cheese!!! Family friendly or a great place to meet up friends for drinks."

"I'm a bit bias on this place as I've loved it here for forever! Great place for live music, staff is always amazing, great to watch sports and the food and drink here is also amazing. The Bloody Mary is simple as far as garnish goes but the taste is second to none. You have to try the spotted cow beermosa."

"Best Brats Around and amazing traditional German Cuisine. Wonderful and friendly customer service. Large restaurant that is family friendly with lots of seating for couples, small families, or very large groups. Handicap ramps thru the entire restaurant, making it easy for mobility. Cool bar with a large selection of drinks. The beer garden next to the volleyball courts in the back is very unique with plenty of seating. The restaurant, beer garden, and souvenir shop all have their own entrances. There are plenty of handicap and regular parking spots."
