"Alex is extremely rude and was YELLING at an employee as we walked in in spanish. Placed an asap order online then watched 14 people get their in-person order before our order was even thought about being made. Then when I asked for my order I watched 3 more customers get make and get their order! Obviously terrible management"

"They make very good sandwiches. Everything is always fresh. And true to their word, the smells are free. The included picture was taken a few years ago when they were giving away free turkey and ham sandwiches. Not a lot of other places give away a whole sandwich!"

"Order was 15mins late with wrong drink ordered a bottle sprite got a bottle water) - Let driver know “was promised they will be right back with sprite” (never did) - call Grayslake store asking for a update on my drink? “store wasn’t aware of promise driver made. asked me if I want store credit or drink?” Asked for drink due to me traveling for work. Was promised it will be there shortly. Never came (another 15mins) called again was told “ I asked for store credit” let them know I did not ask for that and was told there is nothing they can do for me other then store credit."

"Got fired for a family medical emergency. Had missed 2 shifts before so i was on thin ice as is . But A family member that lives with me tried to kill themselves and and it was huge issues i was dealing with. So he let me go because i missed that day. I tried to come and talk with reason. But because he was stressed about findind a cover for his shift and me missing 2 other days he let me go. Everyone else there are amazing people and work hard and understood but ALEX is his name did not and chose to fire me instead. And i know everyone deals with stuff but in all and all he was saying i shouldve come in and let my family member off them selves . So next time you thinking about ordering jimmy johns try subway instead."

"Both times I went there recently my sandwich had to be made 3 times. The order taker could not seem to understand my order, which was without a lot of what usually goes on the sandwich. She actually stopped to explain what is usually on it. That I knew, I just didn't want it. The sandwich had to be made 3 times both times because of wrong instructions. I talked to the manager, who is pretty prickly. I don't recommend talking to her. A lot of waste is likely occurring from instructions that are not included on the order. This was a first that the manager seemed mean to me. We won't be stopping there in the future."
