"Every morning on my way to work, this is my coffee stop. The staff already knows me and my drink. As soon as they see me or hear my voice at the drive thru, they finish my order even before I do. They are wonderful Happy people and every day they make my mornings great, with a happy greeting, wonderful smiles and a delicious hot latte, with skim milk and 1 splenda. "GROSS SUPER Disgusting !!! Extremely rude employees especially the manager!!! I had been handed my drink when I noticed a nasty fly in my drink !!! I asked for a refund and a free drink the manager refused and proceeded to call me slurs in his language!!!! As well as his employees they all laughed about the fly and did nothing do not go here extremely dirty inside flys everywhere save your health !!!! This was reported to the health department of Illinois!!!!!"
"I always enjoy visiting this location. The workers are polite and on top of it. The Beyond breakfast sandwich was fantastic! I got it on a croissant. Their coffee is always the star of the show though. It is a must stop for breakfast."
