"Edit glad you guys ran out of business. .....If I could I would give negative 5 stars. This is the worst company to work for ever and not even all bk just [tomsking]. They have employees work there for 15 years with no pay increase. Then they hire someone off the street with no bk experience and pay them double the amount every one. This company is so backwards I worked for Tom's king for 10 years and never once seen an owner or the ceo. Don't even get started on the fact they can't hold district managers or rgm so everyone above is getting switched constantly. It's insane how much they talk down about you. Tell you thing like your not experienced enough for the GM position. but then will leave you in the store with no GM for 6 month with no pay increase. When you ask for more money or where your gm is. they will give you some excuse like gm that was in training quit. They tell you that you have to wait for a review then if your lucky they will add 1000 dollars to your salary a year which doesn't even equivalent to a quarter an hour. The written review will be four or five stars the one they post online will be two. Nothing will match up between your written review and the review they post to your infosync."

"Only rating one star because I had to. Anyways, I worked for a Tom's King Burger King. Let me tell you, worst decision of my life. Corporate loves to take succeeding stores and make them fail such as the Aliquippa and Forbes old locations. If labor couldn't be met percentage wise, they gave us allotted hours. BARELY enough to have two people per shift. The president is a joke as he didn't care unless you were lining his pockets with money. The food was left in there for hours after expiration at most locations. Mold in the coke machines. It was horrid. Also no benefits for crew or shift leaders that wouldn't take most of the pay. My general manager barely even got a vacation. So yeah, terrible company."

"Only reason they got 1 star is because it wouldn’t let me write a review without rating! Let’s start by saying 2 different locations in lake county ohio are absolutely horrible!!!! Ask for my food fresh off the fryer and get cold nuggets and fries !!! I go inside usually because I don’t wanna be a hassle in the drive-thru line. Madison ,Ohio location Today 10/11/22 Go inside ask for my food off the fryer right away they throw 2 bags of nuggets up i knew instantly they aren’t fresh. The cashier says I need this order fresh and you hear the workers in the back right away complaining. Never again will I visit either location!!! Other location is mentor Ohio on Heisley Road"

"Just went for a Bacon King meal around 11:20pm. They close at midnight at my Crystal Lake location on Rt 14. She asked me what I wanted and as I ordered, she informed me that they can only do fries and Whoppers since they put the rest of the stuff away at 10pm. I have ordered Bacon King meals at 11:50pm before without issues. These lazy employees were all huddled and hanging out in the dining area when I pulled up. So I ordered the Whopper meal large and she proceeded to hand me a small drink at the window. After she opened it to give me my change, I told her I ordered a large and she said "No, you ordered a small." Now, she did at least then make me the large drink without extra charge, but I still had a small fry. I just don't understand fast food workers these days. It's not hard to simply listen to what somebody tells you and then just copy what is on the order. I really hope they start taking their job seriously because at this rate, they will never qualify to work anywhere else. And I'm done gambling whether or not I will be taken care of properly. There are plenty of other food joints in the area. Taco Bell is open until 2am and it's a block down the road."

"BK in my area has really just fallen apart. First the hours of operation and staffing issues keeping the stores closed or wildly changing operating hours. Next why are they out of everything? Today happens to be sausage patties. ordered via door dash the driver calls me to advise there is no sausage. Well you can't cancel an order in door dash unless you call them, well sub bacon is my only option. Asked if they could toss extra on since they didn't have what I ordered...well one slice of bacon on my sandwich really doesn't even make it as basic. Guess we will eventually see them go under if they keep driving customers away like this."
