"The Dollar tree was dirty and unorganized. My cashier was ghetto. With her dirty thick eye lashes.looked like she might have lice in them."

"This dollar tree is my second favorite location to go to. When Barker Cypress doesn’t have what I need I go to this one. This location is so clean and the manager there is so nice to everyone. To everyone complaining about not getting a refund Dollar Tree doesn’t accept refunds the manager or cashier can even get fired for accepting a return at times. You have to do an exchange which says it at the bottom of the receipt. The managers and cashiers have never been racist or loud when I’m around, However I will admit they do have long wait times at times due to register crashes. Which in all honesty is more of a company fault then store level fault. To the store manager keep you’re head held high and keep that store going! You truly are one of the good management members in Dollar Tree."

"This is very sad. Customer service is really bad. Second time I went to buy balloons here. Get in line to buy them just to be told I can’t step away to blow them up because there’s a line. So I get in line and waiting for 10-15 minutes to get nothing. The young men keeps an attitude and apparently don’t want to work. This store needs more friendly people. Management doesn’t care the reviews speak for itself. Under paid and over worked and customers have to pay for rude service. I won’t be back here. Who in their right mind pays for balloons and have to wait another 10 mins to get them blown up. He’s always on the phone. Also needs some more training and the store needs to be cleaned up more as well."
