"SMILE PEOPLE!!! I’ve never seen such a depressed staff. Not one single greeting or hi, hello when we got to order. Miserable attitudes. They also played music with explicit lyrics! That’s the last thing you wanna hear when you bring your family in with young kids. Poor management I would say overall."

"RACIST/PREJUDICE PEOPLE HERE. DO NOT COME. Every time I walk in here I’m “welcomed” with dirty looks and attitudes. Last night was my final straw. I ordered a chicken bowl and went home and opened my bag and a note saying “call customer service ran out of chicken” was attached. I walked in and I was the only one there. They all looked at me as if I was the one who made them run out of chicken!? And didn’t tell me nothing. I then called customer service and she was even more rude. They even added gauc on my bowl and I’m highly allergic. I will be contacting a lawyer because this is insane."

"This is without a doubt the worst Chipotle location that I've ever been to. I've had recurring issues with pick up orders. In the past several months, two of my orders were not made when I arrived even though the app said that they were completed, and twice I brought my order home to find that it was completely wrong. It wasn't just that they forgot an ingredient, none of the ingredients were correct. The last time, I asked to speak to the manager and he was aloof and seemed annoyed that I speaking to him. He asked someone to remake my order and she made the incorrect burrito again. The staff here will make three burritos in order to get one correct. One time, I tried going through the line so I could watch them and he kept putting in the wrong ingredients on even though I was telling him exactly what I wanted. The staff is also in dire need of training because they struggle to roll up burritos and I don't get anything extra. My order is a standard size burrito. The service here is absolutely abysmal. The staff completely ignores you until you make a concerted effort to get their attention and they look at and treat you like you're an annoyance to them. This location is in dire need of a visit from a district or regional manager to correct all of the service issues and maybe replace the staff with better employees. If you are considering visiting this location, don't. Just go up the street to Qdoba or spend a little more timing driving to a better Chipotle location. It will be worth the extra commute time. I don't want compensation in the form of free food. I just want this location to do better."

"Sell your Chipotle stock. Restaurants almost always dirty. Nary a clean table. Worse fast is good. Sloppy fast is not. I asked cashier to check my order because she mixed my bowl with another. She didn't check. Insisted she had the right one. She didn't. So me and the next customer both went home with the wrong food. Called to complain. Customer service asked us to email receipt. We did. No response. Pathetic. 3 follow up emails. No response. Spend your money at Potbelly or anyplace else."

"This is one of the better locations I go to. It’s pretty good and consistent but I have a couple gripes. One - they don’t have iced tea. When did this get taken away? It seems so simple to have a bin of unsweet tea next to coke machine Two - all of the hot sauces have the lids removed for some stupid reason. How the heck and I supposed to shake well before use with no dang lid. Just silly."
