"At the Hilton for business. Grabbed lunch at the B Restaurant. The lunch menu appeared to be a lunch/dinner menu. I had the fish of the day ($23) - which was salmon- I chose blackened vs grilled , came with mash potatoes and grilled asparagus. The plate presentations was excellent . The salmon was prepared perfectly; just done , very moist throughout the piece of salmon not dry at all. Highly recommend !"
