"Re: The post of Ron S. I am prefacing this posting, by stating that Antiques and More, is highly regarded, as a lovely shop, dedicated to quality and caring, customer, centered service. The very amiable owners (Hollis and Jeff), and delightful dealers are known for their warm and friendly regard for serving customers. Today ,while working in the shop, I (Sherry), initially, had helped Ron, in making several, of multiple "considerations" of items, for purchase, which were gladly taken up-front. I was not in the shop when the final transactions were to be determined, and it is disappointing to read that such an undeserved, scathing review, would be made regading this exceptional shop. Today we gave, much attentive care towards helping Ron, in his search for a plethora of "treasures". Asking for numerous items, to be held longer than 24 hours, has a negative effect in multiple regards. We do offer lay-a-way, so that customers can conveniently, secure their items timely and safely. We welcome all customers with the same, sincere pleasure of serving you, with heartfelt appreciation."

"Anyone who comes into Antiques and More is treated like a friend. I just read Ron’s review and I am shocked! It couldn’t be further from the truth. Hollis is kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Shame on you Ron! I was working earlier this week when you first came into the shop. The shop was busy, several people needed help- but Hollis spent her time running around the store helping you and gathering items that you wanted to buy- but ultimately did not. She was friendly, patient and very accommodating. We are a family run shop and we always do our best to make our customers happy- your review is pure folly."

I was greeted by Hollis and Kim, who were incredibly friendly and supportive, and made my visit much more memorable with the great service and stories they shared. The store is beautiful!
