"Absolutely horrible and scary experience. Front desk worker was screaming and cursing and banging on the desk while yelling at customers and employees the entire time we were there. We had to leave because someone was smoking a cigarette in shop and the entire store smelled of smoke and we couldn't breathe. Worst thrift experience I've ever had, and I will not be returning."

"It was not organized and I needed to wait a bit to get serviced. The store was not a dedicated U-Haul store and looked more like a thrift store. However, I do want to kudo Jimmy (the person worked there) who helped me to adjust the mirrors to ensure my safety before I took off from the parking lot."

"So... I don't know what's going on over there or what is wrong with the people who work there. It took 8 seperate phone calls over a week to get any concrete info about their consignment business. The first 3 people I spoke with gave me wildly differing info. The next five was with the same person in two days where every time I called to FINALLY get some real information, He would say he was busy and he would "call me right back". Never ONCE called me back. Always had to call him and finally he just gave me over to the manager who gave me some details. Apparently not even those were concrete as a week later I call again to schedule pick up. Told them they had a choice of time and once again told they would call me back with those details. Never called me back. I call again few days later and spoke with both the assistant manager and manager. Neither remembered any of the conversations I had with them. Like not even the details I had given of my address the items I was selling, or even the pickup details HE LITERALLY JUST GAVE ME LAST WEEK. Finally, after reminding them all the details THEY GAVE ME they said they would be there on the weekend at 4. Y'all... they didn't even take down my address. 4 comes around, no phone, no truck, no nothing. Seriously... they seemed completely out of it. I had a feeling they wouldn't show up since they seemed SUPER disorganized and basically were just waiting to get you off the phone so they wipe anything they talked with you about out of their brains. It was pretty insane to witness. Will never do business with these people. All they do is play around."

"This place is a real diamond in the rough. You can find cheap furniture to furnish a whole place at a low cost and boutique pieces that have a high level of artistry. Small business with hardworking people. Highly recommend"

"Went in to look for a night stand that was posted to 5 miles for $25, and when I walked out I had only paid 22 for the stand, a dvd and two books. The owner, Candy, was very pleasant, and beyond just hospitable to my daughter and I. Overall a great store, with good selection on a variey of things, and great customer service."
