"Here's an honest review. The ugly: 1. Pool is never open. 2. Small fitness area has non-working equipment 3. Parking can be tough if you come home past 9 P.M. there's a lot of unauthorized parking, and I've never seen a tow truck 4. The smell from neighbors smoking weed coming through the ventilation. Which is technically second-hand smoking. I've asked several times to fix it, but the fixes only last a few days. My main issue with this is the lack of responsibility of sending memos warning tenants about smoking in their apartments and even evicting those who don't listen to set the standard. 5. Most neighbors don't pick up after their dog. Again, they should set up cameras and fine and evict. Execution is lacking. 6. Gates. They don't work. Always open all over the place. 7. Small bathrooms 8. Can't have washer dryer in unit The good 1. The price. Cheap. Affordable. Helps with all this other inflation going on right now. 2. Layout... big bedroom layout. Overall nice layout. 3. Nice countertop and backslash 4. Maintenance is pretty quick but I found texting to remind them of your work order gets the job done quicker. 5. Neighbors, for the most part, mind their business. 6. Not too much noise. Every once and a while, there is late night noise. Rare, though. 7. Location! Everything is close by. That's an honest assessment of living here."
"We’ve lived here for 3 years and cheap rent was the reason we stayed so long but it is no longer worth it with the rent going up. The 3 years we lived here we have had 5 floods ( in two different apartments) in our apt damaging so much of our property , cockroaches, house smelling like smoke due to neighbors , gates never working, pool is never open in the summer, property management changing, managers constantly changing, water shut off constantly, and washer and dryers always going out of order. We also almost got evicted because the manager at the time (Diana) forgot we had a referral discount on the rent and said we owed rent(not our fault by any means). She resolved the issue but acted like she did nothing wrong even after we brought a referral. I will say the maintenance team is great and with all that goes on they try to resolve it as fast and possible and with the tools they are given. I do not recommend this place for your sanity and mental health."
"Ms Jones loves to gossip about fellow employees and her manager when she can’t even put a simple maintenance request in. The staff is lazy. Pool also hasn’t been opened in literal years front and back gates are always open or broken what’s the point of having a pool we cannot access and a gate that’s always broken or open to the public? One last note parking can be terrible if you come home late and there is no parking which means you have to park outside the gate someone will steal your car parts in the middle of the night or tamper with your car, can sometimes hear gun shots or car alarms going off all night. Stay away if you have children"
"Counting the days until we leave here. I am from Bronx, NY. I was raised in public housing and I'd much rather be back there right now. The pride this place takes is just flat out non existent. They are EXTREMELY quick to threaten you with eviction after 2 days but can't pick up the dog feces infront of my door. The shades off my window fell because of the incompetence of the maintenance crew, right on my toddler and no care in the world. I moved in here with mold litterally living here before me. My new born was throwing up and coughing for 3 weeks before I checked the vents to find BLACK MOLD all inside. Their response "no one else has complained about maybe you have an allergy". There is horse size feces piling up in the parking lot and, at this point it looks like a game to see how much can pile up. They also advertise a pool that has been opened a total of 2 days this whole summer. And don't count on doing laundry. You're extremely lucky if 1 machine works. $1200 for 2 bed rooms that can barely fit a queen size bed, everything falling apart week by week. My ceiling fan exploded and the fuse for the 2nd floor went out. Also no amenities available. This is a straight up scam with nice pictures online which is probably the last time they cleaned up."
"Let me start by saying, I never leave reviews, but living here has been so awful I want to help others stay away from this place. This has been the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. I’ve lived here for a year and roaches have been a non stop problem. Noisy neighbors, car break ins, gates haven’t worked since I moved in, never seen the pool open, washers and dryers are always broken and management seems more concerned about cosmetic repairs than repairs that actually need to get done. The biggest issue has been the water. It’s shut off for repairs at least once a week for hours at a time. My shower stops working every other day. My neighbors have had floods that have leaked into my apartment. This place is an absolute nightmare. Management couldn’t care less about the people living here, and they make sure they get their rent money regardless of the issues your apartment is having. As other reviewers have stated, do not rely on the model apartment as an accurate representation of what you’re getting. The apartment looked nothing like what I saw when I toured, and I was extremely shocked when I moved in and saw where I was actually living. The only positive note about this place is the maintenance men. They’re very nice and try their best, but like I said, management doesn’t seem to care enough to give them enough resources to actually fix this place up. This place either needs a serious renovation or needs to be torn down completely. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
