"Games are expensive, so with that being said, it's not a bad place to pick up one, or even a game console at that. They also have pre-owned games and consoles for a more friendly price. They allow trade ins, as well as you to straight up sell your games and consols there. Not sure on the money for those items though."

"Bought a product for my kid for his bday. The product was not up to par. We tried to return it SAME DAY and was also lied to about being offered a warranty, we were not offered a warranty. When we brought it back they refused to give us our money back. On top of that the service was extremely rude. Wouldn't expect that type of rude service from somewhere like a GAMESTOP. It was a lot of money just down the drain for them to not be a respectable and honorable business and treat their customers this way. Customer service hung up on me 3 times. Will not EVER go here again and I will be getting my money back if it is the last thing I ever do."

"Love this place, i come here at least twice a month. All the workers are super kind and helpful. Greeted me promptly and asked if i needed help finding anything. When i went in this time there was a lady demanding a refund on a PlayStation that she didn’t even have because she had sold it to a stranger. I don’t know how people work retail but the whole staff deserves a raise for constantly dealing with stuff like this and still remaining calm and friendly. Aside from the weird customers in store the place is very clean and the workers are super friendly. 10 out 10 recommend this location."
