Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I’ve had chipotle probably once a week or every other week. My experience today was the worst. The brown rice was at the bottom of the container and instead of swapping it out for a new one, she gave my partner and I the old stale one. When we tried it, it was crunchy! My partner said that his steak was too dry andsalty. He didn’t finish his burrito. There were no napkins in the dispenser. The garbage was overflowing. And we couldn’t find anywhere to sit. And it wasn’t cause it was packed, actually at the time, we were the only ones there. But all the tables had cheese on it and there was rice on the floor. There were three people in the back not helping the one woman issuing out the food. Just a horrible experience."

"This place needs new management, i keep giving them a chance but every time I order online it seems they make the food at the time they receive the order and have it sit there until pick up time. food is always COLD, and chicken tastes chewy as if its reheated from night before or something. Now if you go in, the workers have major attitude or look miserable, no one greets you or says thank you, and the one girl that is always there has the worse attitude. she will literally look at you like she wants to fight. the portions are also a joke. even if you ask for extra and that you'll pay for it they give you this death stare and then sprinkle whatever extra ingredient you wanted, Just save your time and go to the one on army trail rd."

"Ordered online. Burrito Bowl had sour cream which I did not order and hate. Undercooked crunchy gross rice. This location is consistently bad. I lost count of how many screwed up orders I have gotten from here. Edit: Don't forget the total of 5 pieces of meat, apparently there was a surplus of sour cream but meat.... not so much."

"Save yourself the aggravation and go to the Chipotle on Army Trail instead. This location is TERRIBLE. I’ve given them multiple chances since this is closer to home but it sucks every single time. They skimp on the meat, even if you pay for double. The food is often cold and tastes days old, not fresh. They also do not follow directions when ordered online. My most recent burrito bowl was inedible due to about a pound of sour cream and cheese overtaking the bowl, it was more like sour cream soup than a burrito bowl. This location should be ashamed of itself. I will never be coming back and encourage everyone I know to eat elsewhere too. DO BETTER"

"The food is always cold at this Chipotle. I keep giving this location a chance because it's right by my work but I won't be coming to this one again. Please warm up your food haha you charge 16 dollars for it you can afford to turn on the heating thing. Skip this one and go to the one on army trail, they care enough to put on the heater. When I said cold, I mean ice cold. Was the heater ever even on? Just gonna serve cold food all day, huh? I've been here a few times and it's cold every.single.time. just like to have warm food if I overpay for it. That's all. The one of Army Trail gives the serving size of WARM food too. Not a half spoon full of cold food they probably made yesterday. Here's to hoping I don't get food poisoning. Reading these other reviews too, this location is just terrible. Get it together. People work hard for their money and don't want to be served cold, old food. I feel their corporate should probably be aware. I understand fast food is fast food but have SOME standards and respect for your customers. Shame on the manager of this location. I'm sure he sees these reviews and just doesn't care. Have some pride in your work."
