"Tried to order 2 burgers , 2 fries , and a drink. Went over the order 5 times and Wendy still could not get the order right. Finally gave up and left with one sandwich for my wife. Never going to Wendys again."

"Last time I come to this Wendy’s every time I come here it’s either I’m missing a lot of my order o it’s wrong this time once there the drive thru tryin to order they ask me ok, anything else before I could finish wht I’m saying I order a ranch Asiago club didn’t ask me non of I wanted classic o spicy just gave me spicy I asked for chili cheese fries n they give me a potato w chilli n cheese n worse my daves triple sándwich came out having bright red on all 3 patty like can’t repeat the order n if u too much in a hurry knowing it’s 9:35 n u close at 12 don’t be in a kitchen ppl health kind on ur hands cook just hope I don’t get sick"

"They were busy I understand that but the customer service could have been better. They assured me that I had all the items and when I pulled off I didn't have my drink. Instead of going in the store to grab the drink they forgot to give me, I had to get back in the long line because the doors were locked, and they wouldn't answer the phone. There were numerous people unhappy with their order, and my thing is I wouldn't have minded all the trouble if the food was good. But the food was terrible. I won't be going back at least not at night."

"Comparing this in relation to other fast food restaurants of similar caliber I give this location very high marks. Very quick, fresh, and accurate orders have always been received. This is in Stark contrast to other fast food services in the area so obviously they are doing something right/ better"
