"The food was cold and just looked like a child threw it together. I don't understand why you can't get great quality of food! Ordered at 452 am picked up at 512 12/21/2023. Then didn't put my pie in My bag had to walk back. 20 dollars and this just went to the trash. Yet employees expect more money! What needs to happen is us 40 plus people need to get in these restaurants and show them how you make food hot and made as its supposed to be and get rid of these workers who don't care about the customers that make sure they get a check. Do better! Start listening to us on Google if the owner sees this you should be ashamed to have a customer receive this! Went to try to eat the pie and hair in the pie! Not 1 but several. I'm contacting the health the department on this. This is just nasty! Expect this to be going to the health department. This is in a great area with a hotel next door I wondered why no cars are there and the white guy and a white l lady are always siting on a crate by the back door! Looks like the owner has a huge problem. I bet your numbers are way low. And this is why. Food that you can't eat!!!! I noticed the owner of this location only responds to the reviews with 5 starrs. You need to understand you respond to the ones that have pictures of problems with the food that can make people sick and not to mention die. So maybe the corporate needs to take the restaurant. But what I've seen in other reviews Raw chicken and hair in the food like mine etc. Mold on celling tiles. That is a serious food violation and I will make a call to a person I know after the holidays cause. You won't respond to this cause you never responded to not one serious food violation even shown with proof by pictures. So wow!!!"

"Today I came with my family(5) and was treated with absolutely poor service from the male waitress. Soon as we sit down there was no one to help within the first 5 minutes he came to ask what beverage would we like never once asked was we ready to order. 10 minutes go by and he still doesn’t ask us for our order. They was not busy at all their was only to a family behind us and one older guy at different tables that’s it. We decided to leave due to being treated poor with customer service I will be contacting corporate for the services."

"Went for breakfast and we love Dennys. The waitstaff was attentive and sat us immediately and took our drink orders. We placed our order and the food came out hot and fresh. The waitress checked on us multiple times."

"2021 - Still a great experience! The restaurant was nice,and very clean. The staff was friendly and quick to assist. The food was hot and tasty, and the servings were huge (to-go boxes for sure!). 2018 - A great experience! There was no wait to be seated. The service was exceptional; our waitress was very friendly, provided recommendations, and came by many times to check on us. The menu selection was wide ranging, and the food was great. The final tab was no more than a bag-of-burgers and fries would have cost. The only area for improvement may be the somewhat dated decor."
