"Calling corporate- I had to return my whopper after I saw the cashier lady, touching all of the condiments and handling the hamburger with no gloves. I even called her out. This is not India we have rules in regulations in America."
"I've passed this place many times with my family and we always thought it looked so cool from the outside with it's classic Burger King look with neon lighting. We finally decided to go in a few days ago despite the now half lit signage. When we walked in I was wondering why there were only Halloween crowns around?? Then upon ordering our meals which come with drinks we were told the soda machine was down. I'm sorry but we walked out. It seemed like management didn't care much about what was going on but were still happy to take money from customers. We went to another Burger King."
"The young lady that took my order came to the register and just stood there, never said HI even . Didn't say can i help you, can i take your order or anything. I HAD to ASK HER IF SHE WAS READY ! SAD! Normally the older lady has excellent customer service , this young lady was so rude, i had to ask for my receipt. It was just a TERRIBLE experience smh ."
