Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I hadn’t been to Chipotle in a while and will not be going back. Placed a mobile order for pickup and when it was not ready 10 minutes after the scheduled time I went to the counter and was told they were out of barbacoa. I asked to please cancel the order and refund my card and they told me I had to call corporate to get a refund. I told them I have never heard of having to call to get a refund and to please refund my card and they called over a manager. The manager seemed disinterested and was bothered by having to refund an order. She then proceeded to tell me she was refunding LESS money to my card than what had been paid and when I asked why she said it was due to “taxes and fees” she can’t put back on the card. But it was actually due to her being lazy and not entering the correct items to be refunded. At that point I was so disgusted by my experience I just wanted to get out of there. Had to call corporate after leaving in order to get my full refund. Will never go back to any Chipotle ever again after this experience."

"As a customer, my recent experience at Chipotle was disappointing and concerning. Upon entering the restaurant, I observed multiple employees wearing gloves, yet they were rubbing their hands on their dirty uniforms. This raised serious hygiene concerns and left me feeling uneasy about the cleanliness standards of the establishment. Furthermore, despite numerous employees being present, there was a noticeable reluctance to fulfill certain orders. Basic ingredients like guacamole, white rice, and beef were unavailable, and the cashier refused to accommodate these requests. This lack of flexibility and willingness to meet customer needs was frustrating and contributed to a negative dining experience. Additionally, the employees appeared visibly annoyed by having to perform their job duties, which further detracted from the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. As a result, my order was prepared incorrectly, adding to the frustration and disappointment of the visit. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service exhibited by the staff at Chipotle. I hope that these issues can be addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for future customers."

"This location is clean, pleasant employees and nove atmosphere. I will suggest to please don't slip on the meat all the flavor is BUSSIN as my daughter says and when I reheat in the skillet at home because of my drive it tastes even better! I eat on the Carne Asada chicken bowl for a couple days ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️ Praise God"

"Did not hear the sizzle of fresh meat cooking Out of a couple of options (brown rice and carne). Pleasant servers who explained options (I'd never been before). The dining room is spartan at best and this one needed some cleaning."

"This is the worse chipotle I have ever visited. They were out of steak and the rice was so under cooked. I asked to order chips and guacamole and the cashier stated chips are for online orders only. I asked him he was serious and he was. I have never heard of that. The restaurant was so dirty tables were disgusting! Definitely will not return to this chipotle."
