"I live in Tower Grove South and had never been in; I Googled “party supply store” and Family Dollar came up, so I stopped in. They had an ENTIRE AISLE of party supplies! I was so relieved, and everything was so reasonably priced. But the real reason I’m writing this review is because of the outstanding customer service I received when I came in to this store (#10338) on 2/92/24 at 3:49 pm. Both employees behind the register (young Black man with dyed hair and young Black woman with tattoos) were so kind! She greeted * every * single * customer * that came through the doors, and she helped me with the Mylar balloons, expedited my checkout, and was just so kind to every customer that she helped. I also found my favorite candy EVER (chewy Nerds) at a price that was cheaper than I’ve seen them elsewhere. Very impressed and will return."

"The employees are very demanding and rude and don't work hard except for a few. One guy threatened me, showed me his EDC, and acted like he was going to pop me in the store. Great prices though, if they have what you're looking for. Too bad I WON'T be returning because I liked being able to save some money by shopping there prior to October of this year."
