"I had to lower my score here, from 4 to 2. Before I walked in, there was a smell, it continued all through the store. The store was kind of a mess. Still had a lot of Halloween stuff out, very little for Thanksgiving and a few things for Christmas. Where's the party, Party City? I'm sorry, I know people are doing so much on line shopping, that actual stores are suffering. This is a real shame because it hurts everyone. I'm a person who likes to go and see what I'm buying, touch it and sit on it, if it's furniture."

"Some of the teenage associates there have no idea what they are doing and when you try to explain what you need they start to mumble things that are rude…… I tried to call the store THREE times and waited 5-10 minutes each time with no answer. I ordered balloons that AM and was going to come back and pick them up, which I did just to come home and find out I have missing 4 balloons….. they were all in a balloon bag for easier carrying but if I would of known that I wouldn’t get 4 of the balloons which where 4-6$ a piece I would of just dealt with them being all tangled by the time I got home. I get someone forgot to put the rest of the balloons in but the fact that no one answers your call or puts you on hold and forgets is unbelievable… don’t recommend this place"

"They had exactly what I needed for my son in the hospital. SuperBowl Bengal and Rams balloons! My son loved them, which is what I wanted to lift his spirits knowing we couldn't see him because he had covid and seriously injured. It was important he knew his dad loved him and he wasn't alone.It's the simple things. Thank Party City/Lemay"
