I had tried to use my points for an order and it did not work. I mentioned this in a survey, the next day I got a call from John. When I finally got the opportunity to call back. Greg, the manager took care of it and was so nice. Our favorite Pizza but now our favorite management team"

"Use to be so good! Now it’s just not worth the cost or time waiting, despite being super convenient. This was suppose to be our “whoops sorry we messed your order up” fix it order. So much water, toppings missing from the outer 1.5-2”. It’s just not the quality we came to know and loved so much."

"Even without the pizza, Lou Malnati's is delicious! I sometimes stop in just to pick up a Lou Malnati's salad for the family. Even my picky eaters love it, the only salad that they actually request. Today I happened to stop by early before they opened. The employees saw me trying to open the locked door. I've had other places ignore me even with only a few minutes to go before opening because rules are rules. Not Lou's - they did open the door and let me in more than 10 minutes early to make my purchase. Plus once inside they were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for accommodating me!"

"I didn't know what a Chicago-style pizza really is until I nibble on it. A carryout store of the oldest pizza chain in Chicago, we recently popped into on the recommendation of my other half and didn't regret it. The lady at the counter taking our order was utterly nice! Although I found our large custom pizza to be a bit pricey, I totally forgot it the moment I devoured it. A decent thin-crust in every sense— melting cheese with juicy tomato, mushrooms, and Jalapeño in every blissful bite."

"Unfortunately I had to change my rating. They are certainly not very efficient. We placed an order through their online system to be picked up at 6:00 p.m.. The order was placed at 4:00 p.m. the same day. The pizza was ready 30 minutes late and when I approached them with my complaint I was greeted with an attitude instead of acknowledgment of their mistake. Safe your time and don't go here."
