"I often go to many different locations because theres so many in the area but this Dunkin never fails to be my favorite!! They never mess up my coffee whether its cold or hot and i’d go as far as to say it taste better then other locations i’ve been to! I typically use the mobile app walk in or drive thru but regardless the staff is always super friendly and i’ve never had a poor experience! Occasionally I go later in the day so they’ll be out of a specific kind of donut but they are always so kind and generous about offering a different kind and letting me know my options :) will continue to be a regular!"

"They didn’t add coffee to my drink. It was all milk lol. So when I went back and asked for a remake they took my cup of milk and seemingly added old, bitter coffee to it. It was absolutely disgusting."

"Ordered a hot chocolate in the app. Was told when picking up the order "the hot chocolate machine is broken". I don't drink coffee or lattes, so the only substitute I was told I could have, was an iced chocolate drink. 1. If the machine is broken, why wasn't the option removed from the order menu. 2. Apparently there is no way for them to turn a cold drink, into a hot drink . 3. Nothing like a cold drink on a cold morning. I only went here because I was with friends, and this visit only worsened my view of this company."

"Haven't been to a dunkin in a few years and their menu tripled in size. Didn't see any donuts on their drive thru menus. Their sourdough breakfast is 650 calories. It's very filling, but lacks flavor because there's no seasoning or sauce. Their bagel bites are good, but there's a lot of nothing in it. They also sell bacon as a side like French fries and they're caramelized. Adding the side bacon to breakfast sandwiches is a good pro tip. A lot of drinks on the menu now."
