Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I always get the vegetarian sofrita bowl from here. They always load up the bowl, get my order correct and have it ready to go fast. I usually buy through the app so it saves some extra seconds so I can get my order faster and be on my way."

"Chipotle use to be one of my favorite restaurants to get a meal from. However, I recently ordered from this location and found a small bug crawling around in my food as I was eating. It was absolutely disgusting. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to step foot into another chipotle again. Especially this location."

"The people that served us got meat in our beans. We are all vegetarian. When we went to tell the worker that there was meat in our beans he just said "I'm sorry about that," while he laughed with some lady who I'm assuming is the manager or another worker. They were also cursing out loud While kids were present which made me very uncomfortable and they just kept laughing. When I go to Taco Bell they replace it without even checking if I was telling the truth. I would give this place zero stars if possible please do not come to this location if you are looking for good service or a good environment. The bathroom was also so nasty with water sprayed everywhere and hopefully not pee. This was the worst experience with chipotle I have ever had and I will never come back to this location. Please consider hiring some new people or telling them to fix their attitude and give better service. Workers were also talking in Spanish which I'm assuming was about my family and not good. Only one or two guy s were working while all other workers were slacking around and talking."

"This is what 13 dollars get you. They had no meat ready. No rice. No vegetables. Who’s ever in charge of keeping things stock is doing a bad job. I shouldn’t have been charged for the queso (which that was almost out) considering there wasn’t anything available to put on my bowl I wanted. At the end of the day I spent 30 bucks for a terrible experience, for items that weren’t going to be promptly replaced. If I wanted to wait over 20 minutes for what I wanted I would of just gone to an actual restaurant."
