"This was my second time giving your place a chance, since my first visit about 8 months ago. Sorry to say, it has not improved on their standards.The Entrance/Exit doors windows are filthy, fountain station was dirty, tables were dirty, as well as the overall kitchen area. It was 5 pm on a Sunday and nobody was inside. I’m surprised they actually have a 3,7 in reviews. It deserves 1 star.I really hope that someone from the Health Department shows up unexpected to help improve the way it’s currently run. I will not be returning back."

"FOOD SAFETY OVERVIEW. FAKE Your restaurant sells burnt protein, which is bad for the health of the human stomach. On December 31/2023, I bought two bowls of chicken and the chicken was completely burned, so I put them in the trash, because we don't want stomach cancer, don't sell trash to your customers."

"Basically, I was told wait 5 minutes for rice and I did so but the workers who told me didn’t inform the rice was done until I had another customer some, with that being said I did have a worker (Sam) who checked on me twice. First, while I was waiting she checked if I was waiting for an online order and I told her what I waiting on and Second, she asked me if I had been helped yet after a few minutes had passed, I said no and she proceeded to make my bowl herself very swift (not disrupting any other orders). Sam was very nice as well, which made me forget that I even had to wait. Amazing worker! (I never give reviews… like ever)"

"Called in an order for two salad bowls for pickup. My bowl was supposed to have extra fajitas and I had only four slices of yellow pepper. It was a salad bowl! No salad in the bottom of the bowl. Instead just a few shredded pieces on top. There was chicken in my bowl but less than what’s normal for Chipotle. Let’s just say my bowl was half full at best. My husbands bowl was better but still lacking. Again, it was a SALAD bowl. Where was our salad. Then it gets better! We try to call to speak with a manager and have pics to back up our claim. Instead we get a recording, no staff available including the manager. We get directed to our email to file a digital complaint with “Pepper” their live chat. Which is basically prerecorded answers to frequently asked questions. They send us an offer for BOGO. Really Chipotle! You really have changed through the years and just completely lack customer service. I’m out! You can keep your BOGO and my refund! There are healthier places with better food and quality customer service that will receive my business! Shame on you Chipotle and it’s a shame how quickly you’ve gone down hill!"
