"Customer service very important when your serving the community. I would love to teach lessons on a good server. Came through drive-thru this morning I was greeted at the speaker, was told to pull to the window, after sitting for 10 minutes of waiting someone to come to the window I decided to knock on the window Just to make sure that they didn't forget me outside. When the lady came to the window, she started yelling at me. Saying I told you to pull to the window.. I asked her to calm down, please. I was just checking to to make sure that they didn't forget me outside after sitting out there a long time. And no one never came to the window. After I pull to the drive through window. Acknowledge your customer upon pulling to the window ma'am."

"The lady that was at the drive though taking our order was very rude and disrespectful, she was rushing us to order and everytime we did, she kept saying that's it over and over again, but when we got to the window she was not there and we asked for a manager or supervisor and surprise, surprise neither was not there at all. I don't know how they Train their workers on Good customer service. But I think that they need to be retrained because obviously they do not have good customer service whatsoever, I would never Recommend that location at all to nobody."

"Happy hour slush - bring back the Green Tea please and the pineapple fruit for slushies, sundaes, and shakes!! Still a 4-star experience because a few of the stall systems aren't working properly...when this occurs, go through the drive-thru to receive your order! Cyber Monday 2023: Visited Sonic for the 50 cent corn dog offer (they cost $1.89 normally...). Received two and a small slush; the corn dogs were warm (and not greasy) and they tasted great. Slush was sweet enough to add a Tazos Passion tea bag at home. Courteous service received at the stall. November 29: Enjoyed getting 1.99 Footlong coneys for the family. Normally I'd prefer the beef hot dogs but you cant beat this price. Service was prompt upon arrival at stall. Photos show accuracy of order, and I added my own pickled cucumbers for a slight kick."

"It was decent. Corn dogs I ordered were a little undercooked batter was liquidy. But pretty standard over all. The car hop was a really nice dude."

"I don’t leave reviews until going a few times and if it’s the same bad experience I finally leave a review. Both times I’ve came here in the last week they struggled with taking my order had to repeat multiple times. Still couldn’t get exactly what I wanted because I had to repeat and forgot to put the add ons. Also ordered a rt 44 Dr Pepper easy ice and they tried to give me diet Dr Pepper and it is full up to the lid in ice."
