"The manager was the rudest lady i have ever encountered whenever ordering food and having an issue. They forgot an item I had ordered and rather than come out to address the issue all i got was attitude over the speaker phone because she didnt want to come check my receipt and my mobile order i had on my phone. Terrible. The guy who usually brings out the drinks out is actually quite nice."

"This place is a joke. Avoid at all costs. At 9 at night when this location closes at 11/12 p.m./a.m., we ordered two unsweet teas. My husband is a Type 1 Diabetic. We get there and they try to sneak him two SWEET teas like it’s not a big deal. He complains and asks if there’s anyway they could make some unsweet tea. They say, “no. We can’t make unsweet tea. We already cleaned everything up for the night and won’t get it dirty again.” He asked for a refund and no one at the location knew how to give him one so they gave him a number to call. He calls the number and things are still not resolved."

"I've been avoiding this place for years because I couldn't go through the drive-thru without hearing the employees screaming and cussing at each other like banshees. Tonight my order-taker was amazing, the girl at the window was friendly and on point, and the freshest mozzarella sticks I've ever had at sonic."

"Terrible service and the restroom is “not for customers” or “the door is jammed” or “it’s out of order”. So customers can’t even wash their hands before eating. I hope the employees have a working hand wash station."

"SUMMER IS HERE AT SONIC!!! My annual favorite is the red bull slushie and the flavor of the season is Strawberry Apricot !!! And let me tell you it’s so refreshing and good. No this isn’t Starbucks let me teach you a trick. Sonic has an awesome app and you can get the slushee have price and a route 44 (the biggest size) is only $3 !!! Yes $3 !!! They just implemented a new feature called “keep the change” so you can order online, check in, and tip them all together. I love it !!! Go get a slushee !!"
