Tanaka Ramen

"Great, whimsical Japanese interior. Love the bamboo place setting. So much to take in and great convo pieces. Food was excellent Had the dumplings and the Tanaka Classic Ramen Super filling and we think healthy. Have to give low marks for the staff tho. No smiles, no personality while seating, serving or leaving. Such a shame, cuz people don't have to come back. Lots of other restaurants out there."

"Beautiful ambience with a hint of bright and happy (it’s got big Pokémon figures as decor). The service is super quick. I came here for dinner on January 7. On my way to Woodridge. The menu has a section for vegans and vegetarians that’s clearly marked albeit small. I specifically ordered the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen because I wanted something spicy that day. It was over to me in just a few minutes, along with a cup of Jasmine Green Tea. I enjoyed every bite of my food so much. I will definitely be back every chance I get. Might even have to bring a date next time if I have one."

"All I can say is wow! For my first time experiencing real Ramen, I am just thrilled! My friend and I decided to try each of the vegetarian options, then try each other's. Both were flavorful to the point where we didn't even miss the meat. Portions were generous, but it was so delicious, I ate every last bit! I will definitely be back to try more of this incredible cuisine."

"Food was decent, we only came here once. Plenty of seating. Didn’t need a reservation, we just walked in. Located in the Bolingbrook Promenade mall where Bonchon is located. The chicken wings and ramen were all decent. I’ve been to many ramen places but this one wasn’t memorable."
