"The good... They are really fast about bringing out items, I use to shop here several times a week and not get stuck looking at the same stuff. The bad... I rarely shop here anymore unless I'm tagging along with someone because their prices are rediculous high for used donated items."

"i cannot really afford their normal pricing, so i go on Mondays. 99 cent tag day used to be great, but for the last 6 months or so, there have been a few older ladys and gents just filling baskets up with the tagged clothing from every size.there. I hardly find ANYTHING IN MY SIZE FOR 99C OR EVENOP THE 50% OFF TAG. THEY SWOOP EVERYTHING UP. Those clothes were donated to the Children of Childrens homes, and the Mothers that also can receive assistance. I am getting older, have cancer, cant afford to go and buy them out on 99c day or any other day. These people should stop being so greedy and YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. LAST WEEK I WAS IN NEED OF A BLACK PAIR OF JEANS FOR A NEW JOB... INTERVIEW, Couldnt find any. the hoarding woman behind me was trying to explain why she had 4 carts over filled ...blahhhh blahhhhh..... whos the chairmen? Please find a way to also govern who shops there. I believe she also used a tax exempt number....Please list hours on internet, how am i to get in door before the pigs?"

"Don't buy anything electrical! I had bought a $65 nativity scene that did not work. I took it back the very next day, the employees were very rude and said the manager was not there but the manager was actually standing right behind the employee telling me the manager was not there. she the manager was extremely rude also, I had to plead my case for about 20 minutes before she would give me a credit that I could use and is only valid for 30 days. this place sucks!!! :-("
