Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

"An hour and 10 minutes in drive thru tonight total! That's including the 7 minutes at the menu board before they even took my order... We live 4 minutes from this location and once home the food was already luke warm... Loved the seasoning on the fries, but holy thin and over cooked were they. I'm sorry, I don't like my fries crunchy. All the burgers were just okay, nothing super great about them. Cheese curds felt soggy and very very salty. Overall not a pleasant experience, and the negative reviews are not wrong in this case. We definitely won't be back again.."

"I was very excited to try out the new restaurant, sadly I had a bad experience. The burger was very salty and the onion rings had a weird aftertaste. The only thing I enjoyed was the peppermint shake. The icecream to candy ratio was perfect. Hopefully, they will work on their customer service. The delivery was very unprofessional. I had to repeat my order multiple times. Somehow, the women in the window didn't know what I ordered after I repeated myself. I only see myself coming back in the future, just for the ice cream."

"Ordered carry out for dinner. Several of our items that we ordered were missing and when we asked the staff for our missing items, they questioned us very rudely as if we were trying to pull a fast one. We ordered $50 worth of food and did not get a single napkin nor any of the sauces we ordered ahead. Additionally, my husband ordered a large chili cheese fries and when we got home, we discovered there was no chili to be found. This location is awful compared to one we ate at when visiting family in Iowa. It’s super close to home but I doubt we will be back after our awful experience."

"This restaurant reminds me of Steak and Shake. Staff was friendly and place was clean. Sitting area felt a bit to tight (like packed sardines). The floorplan layout is not well planned (felt like a running back trying move pass scrimmage line) Door getting into restaurant, ordering food, waiting for orders, filling up drinks and restrooms are are literally next to each other. Food and custard picked up areas are at different locations and not obvious. I did love the hamburger buns, crunchy on outside yet soft and warm on the inside. Chili cheese fries were yummy and were better than most who offer them. Portions of the food is a bit on the lighter side."

"Well, I can say I’ve finally found a place that makes Steak ‘n Shake seem gourmet. I got a burger which was insanely salty, and the patty was paper thin. The price is comparable to Culver’s, and I’d say the quality of Culver’s is better (thicker patty, more filling, not as salty, etc.). I’d also choose Steak ‘n Shake over Freddy’s. I feel like their patties are a touch thicker, and you can get a meal for $5.99 opposed to $9-ish at Freddy’s. The staff seemed friendly, and I was immediately greeted by who I assume is a shift manager, and she lead me to where online orders are picked up."
