"Last night our family got together for pizza. The four kids got their own custom made mini pizzas, including "no sauce, just cheese"and "add green pepper please". The pick three appetizer was shared by everyone and disappeared quickly. The large thin crust supreme pizza was loaded with delicious toppings. And you should have seen the kids faces when they got ice cream with whipped cream with their meal!! Our server got everything right, brought us plenty of napkins and was very patient while our large, disorganized group tried to decide what to order. It was a very pleasant experience. And it didn't break the bank! Thank you, Aurelio's. We'll see you again"
"My family's thoughly disgusted with the service we received while interacting with the staff to report a problem with our order. We ordered two pizzas and a 2 L pop. One of ther pizzas we ordered was correct, but with the other one was an incorrect thickness. We ordered a thick crust fiesta pizza, and we received a thin crust fiesta pizza. When my Mom called back about to complain about the issue, she was told that they used two thin crusts to make the thick pizza, and she's told that it didn't have time to rise. We weren't told about this happening to the pizza before it was made or when I went to pick up the order. We're very disappointed that our options from the staff member was to bring the pizza back to have it remade tonight, which is an hour round trip and about an additional hour to remake it; or to bring it back tomorrow for a full refund, which wouldn't be worth the gas money to go back to do so. Thus, we're stiffed with the bill of paying for a pizza that clearly isn't the size that was paid. The staff member she talked to -the chef who made the pizza and cut both of our pizzas- didn't even offer to pay the difference of the incorrect size. Lesson of the day: Make sure you manually check the pizzas to get what you've paid and not get taken advantage of by the staff here. Feel free to browse through the pictures and see if you want to pay for a thick crust and get thin crust instead. The "thick crust" pizzas have mostly square pieces with one half ham and other half toppings, and the thin crust has pinapple on it. We're not coming back here ever again."
"It's been years since I had an Aurelio's pie and after this visit I think it might be a few years before I give it another try. I took my family out for pizza instead of ordering takeout expecting better quality food. When we first walked in, the video slot machines are right in your face and made the restaurant look like a bar at a bowling alley. Service was great, but the food was "meh" at best... especially for how much it cost. Both appetizers had to be sent back to the kitchen because they were undercooked. The inside of the Bosco stick was frozen and the poppers my wife and I were sharing were also frozen in the middle. The pizza also felt as if it could've been cooked longer. The crust had zero texture. It felt like a mushy sponge under the toppings. I hate leaving a somewhat negative review for a place I once loved, but for the price point, getting undercooked food is unacceptable. No comp or discount was offered for the inconvenience of having to wait on new overpriced appetizers to be brought out either."
"The best pizza. Love how they are generous with every ingredient- the only thing I’d recommend is keeping the pizza hot until pick up. Once my boyfriend brought the pizza home, we needed to reheat and the box itself was mad cheaply, kind of soaked in the middle."
"Got the small stuffed pizza pepperoni obviously. Also tortellini with Alfredo obviously it came with 2 bread sticks. This is my first time trying this place. I'm kinda mixed on the pizza sauce some bits were good some bits were overpowering. I guess I liked it but I small doses obviously. After a few slices I started scraping off the sauce from the top. The cheese omg the pizza was super cheesy and loaded with pepperoni obviously. I would definitely try it again but opt for light sauce obviously. The tortellini you could tell was homemade because of how big they were and how they were wrapped obviously. But alas I must digres they had the same flavor as store bought frozen tortellini. The Alfredo sauce was ok it thickened up as it got colder as it should obviously. But once again I must digres the flavor was just not there for me it was bland like if my mind was creating the flavor because I knew it was Alfredo sauce so I was thinking the flavor instead of tasting it if that makes any sense obviously. In conclusion I would definitely try the pizza again maybe a thin crust next time but I would not get any pastas from this place ever again obviously. Thank you for reading my review and I hope your experience will be as pleasant as mine. Obviously."
