"At noon they had nothing in the warmers and two employees outside smoking cigarettes and minding their own businesses."

"We ordered a taco pizza. When my husband brought it out to the car, I lifted the lid to make sure they hadn’t put the chips on it. Only part of it had lettuce and tomatoes on top. They made a different one. By the time we got it home, we found it was so greasy and they had over done the cheese on it. The lettuce looked good when I lifted the lid. When we opened it up when we got home, the lettuce looked wilted because of all the grease. They cut it before they put the toppings on it and I had trouble getting it out of the box. It also tasted awful. We couldn’t even eat it. It was disgusting. They have never been this bad. I think our days of getting pizza from Casey’s is over with. We waited so long for the 1st one and had to wait even longer for the 2nd one. They need to teach them how to make pizza. I have never had a pizza I couldn’t eat before. I mean so discussing."

"Punk kid visiting with buddy in pi,za instead of waiting on customers. Stoped in Saturday, 7-28-23 around 3:15. Rude...attitude..wouldn't even wait on me when asked. Then took my purchase and wouldn't let me buy. Said "get out of my line, I don't have to take your tone"....????? Really...??? This kid needs fired!! Will NEVER stop at a caseys again!!!"

"Last night I came into pick up my pizza and cheese sticks. I had my son with me in his infant car seat. As many know, it's not easy to juggling bags, boxes really anything and a baby carrier. The young man in the kitchen offered to help me to my car. So often I don't receive help and when I do I greatly appreciate it. I hope he sees this and keeps up the wonderful customer service!"

"Have often stopped at the Orion Casey's when there or passing through and always great employees. This time my friend was craving a Casey's pizza, so we went a little out of our way to stop to get one. First pizza from this Casey's and had not called ahead. The employees were over and above in all aspects, especially kindness, so great to see today in younger employees. The employees made the visit a true pleasure and the pizza was amazing! Their version of a meat lovers. We'll now drive to Orion on occasion just to get a pizza, as it'll be worth the trip."
