"Soda machine was down so they only offered OJ and other drinks with no free refills. There should of been an exception made today, especially since it isn't our fault their soda machine was down! The strawberry lemonade was so watered down and had no taste."
"So... there I was... It was the start of the 4th of JULY HOLIDAY WEEKEND... and the Summer Heat was building fast early in the morning sun... When suddenly... with the glare of sunshine still in my eye... I saw a sign that meant... Holiday Weekend Goodness... just ahead... turn right... AND SO... I DID... There was a lovely waitress waiting at a customer welcome station with a great smile that led me to my table... They were having a Special from the Minion Movie... and people were there to try the feature meal... SO I DID TOO and... **WOW** IT WAS GREAT... If you have children... THEY WILL LOVE THIS MEAL... The pancakes had Banana Pudding... Sliced Bananas... Whip Cream... Sprinkles... and a surprise that I did not know was there... Crumbled Nilla Vanilla Wafers... IT WAS FANTASTIC... If you want to enjoy the Taste of Summer 2022... Why don't you try a Breakfast with the kids... THEY EAT FREE!!!"
"Waitress wasn't attentive. So we only left a small tip. I'm sorry but good service gets a good tip. UPDATE: Manager contacted me to come back and they definitely made it right. Impeccable customer service and our waiter was fantastic. Thank you Laura! I'm sorry I forgot the waiter's name , but he was great! Will be my go to IHOP from now on."
"Soooo good. We go to this IHOP once a week or so and love it! Nice staff, clean restaurant, fast service and new menu items. Way to go!! If you haven't been in a while, or were disappointed, definitely give it a try now. Each location is different, but St. Charles, IL is a GEM! Try it again."
"I was initially worried because gps had difficulty finding, and upon arrival on a Saturday night, parking lot was bare with a single server inside. BUT, this IHOP really hit it out of the park! Jalepeno Burger, pancakes, kids meals, all excellent! Well done! And kids eat free had no fine print or exclusion. One per adult. Only thing was bathroom could have used some TLC. Server was also great."
