"Second time in the last month that I've come in and been told there's no bread and it's at least a 20 min wait, I used to manage a JJ's and that's something that should never happen, the business coach really needs to work with this store. Update- Just tried to order a delivery and the store wasn't open on time, got a call the bread was just coming out of the oven and it would be delayed, ridiculous."

"Sadly, no where near "freaky fast" anymore. I live less than 1 mile from the location, and on my last two deliveries, both were north of a 50 minute delivery. Was told by an employee that the delivery driver had only two deliveries (mine included in the two). If a 50 minute wait doesn't bother you, order from here (I guess). But a 50 minute delivery time for three sandwiches, three chips, and two drinks (40 + dollars) is far too long a wait time."

"The food is usually super good (in my opinion) But the delivery and workers are trash. The amount of times i’ve ordered from here and delivery took well over an hour despite me living a mile away and ordering one singular sandwich is crazy. They used to require a signature at the door which i’ve never experienced when ordering food, they don’t leave my food at the door either even though I specifically request they do, and one of your drivers asked me about giving a bigger tip since I had only gave $3 and when I politely said no he stormed off back into his car not even saying anything after I said no to giving a bigger tip. Your food is good but please fix your god awful service."
