"Placed a online order for delivery to be delivered at 11:45AM and I didn’t receive my delivery until 12:56PM over an hour late! Did they offer to refund me any portion of what I paid? Nope! They offered me coupons smh! Never again Dominos i am done with you guys!!"
"Called to place an order for pick up and they said we must use the app. No problem so we did and after an hour the tracker still said it was being prepared. When I called to see if the app tracker was just wrong, I was told it was going to be another hour before my pizza would be ready. 2 medium pizzas and almost $40 and then when we told them to cancel our order, they told us it would be a week before the money appeared in our account."
"Ordered here last night my daughter an I are out this way visiting family, food was good except doughy it was not cooked all the way through I ordered 2 salads one was the wrong one, then I ordered pasta bowl extra noodles which I didn't get, an the feta cheese an spinach cheese bread which was NOT cooked all the way through. Service was good when we ordered. But I definitely should have checked all the food before leaving. Disappointed though overall."
"Ordered the garlic cheese bread - was excellent! Cheese was crispy on the edge's which is always tasty! Small error on pizza order..however Jordan was able to help us. Thanks Domino's! Side note, admittedly haven't had Domino's since the mid 90's. Glad we gave it a shot!"
