Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"The food was horrible. After spending over $40! I ordered my son a medium cooked plain burger and received a burnt well done burger with bacon. The steak fries were bland and flavorless. Will not be coming back anytime soon."

"We were at our local Red Robin at 5 p.m. There were six guests in our party. Our server was a very nice young lady. She was very kind to our 4 year old granddaughter. We ordered an appetizer...it did not come to the table until we asked about it when our entrees were delivered. We ordered the donut dessert. It never arrived. We finally asked about it and ended up taking it home. In all fairness, the restaurant started getting busy about 30 minutes after we got there, which may have contributed to the delays. We won't hold it against them and will definitely go back."

"The food is great and the taste is there but I feel like the service could be a little better! Had ordered food for my wife and my kids, and they didn't bring us any silverware, and they forgot half our order, and they wouldn't check if we needed any refills! But the food wasn't bad at all!i ordered a California chicken sandwich, and it was well done and fresh with some coleslaw i recommended it!!the place is nice from the inside well decorated!love the decorations they have around the restaurant! Plus, they sing for your birthday. we had the pleasure to see how they sang to the people by our table, and they had balloons and a little dessert!"

"First off server was awesome! Very pleasant and attentive. I ordered Mozz stick which were ok. Would be better if they were battered. My main course was the teriyaki chicken. Whoa this had great flavor from the grilled pineapple and the chicken was perfectly cooked! Great job."
