Little Caesars Pizza Oswego, IL 60543

"Ordered a pizza and crazy bread from the counter at about 4:30 on a Friday. There were like 3 people ahead of me and 4-5 names in the pickup kiosk. A ton of people came in after me, I get that it's a busy time. But they served people that came in after us before giving us our stuff and I watched them leave my pizza on the front counter for at least 20 minutes while they were waiting for more crazy bread. There was a whole bank of the heated cabinet that they could've put my order in, but instead they let it get cold and soggy while I waited for over 30 minutes. Neither Hot nor Ready, will definitely not be using this location again...."

"This place needs more employees every time we go only 2 teens working you can tell they are trying their best to keep up with all the orders. Even when I order online their is till a 10 minute wait because this Little Ceasars is under staffed."

"I ordered four pizzas and the took 45 mins then it turned out they were just sitting on the counter the whole time while I was in store sitting there waiting. I had to ask if it was my order. The food tastes cheap it's a place for college kids. Would not recommend."

"Orders no were near done after time given. They were not busy, so this was perplexing. The 2 people in front of me had to ask the employee 3 times for a bag and there was a lady in there before I, who had waited so long she asked for her money back. The employee seemed to not be able to handle "any" simple task."

"How do you not know how to cut pizza??????? Fire that person, something is seriously wrong with that person. If that's how they "slice" a pizza then I doubt if they know how to wash their hands then. I ordered online for lite cheese and my receiptsays light cheese. Not only did they not put lite cheese on it but they put extra cheese on it. This is a very cheese thick and cheese heavy pizza. And the cheese taste weird at this location. It taste kind of diluted, kind of weak, tastely, watered down like. Now my lunch break is over and I have to go back to work hungry, if I can make it on an empty stomach. And they barely cut the pizza into slices. The tip of the pizza is sliced but the bottom of the pizza is unsliced. Somebody needs to be fired for gross negligence. This is clearly the tip of the iceberg SMH."
