"It seems like Culver's isn't as good as it once was. They took away the beef pot roast dinner and a few other items I liked. This time, I got the beef pot roast sandwich, but it was so dry. The Cod sandwich is still good, though."
"This is BY FAR the best fast food restaurant on Randell! The food is always hot and fresh and if there was a mistake they correct it without issue. The staff is great. Honestly friendlier than the chick filet on Randell . I just always have a good experience here!. Today is our Fri-yay, when we do something special as a family and I didn't want to cook or worry about dinner so we got an early dinner here today. The food was as always excellent and fresh and fast! Thank you for dinner y'all!!"
"Food is always delicious. Tonight, we ordered and we paid for our ice cream. They gave us a number and told us to pull ahead. People came and went, getting their food.... we ordered 3 ice cream items. I went inside with my number and after they were searching all their screens looking for my order, they found it by the drive thru window. The workers stated they though the ice cream would've just been handed out. I said I though so too, but you gave me this number and told me to pull ahead. Shrugs and sorry, off I went. Friends.... this is the 3rd time this has happened at this exact location! Are they messing with me??"
"It happens. Irritating but it happens. Went drive thru... ordered a double with cheese and mustard only, fries and a drink. I'm sure the girl was doing her job when she asked if I'd like to make it a value basket. Well sure. She then changed my order to a Bacon Deluxe. Comes fully loaded with everything I did not want. I ordered bacon cheese and mustard ONLY. I can't eat mayo. Ok. No biggie. Scrape it all off. The burger was cold and the cheese was almost refrigerator cold. 2 pieces of bacon... usually there are 3... and it was not cooked completely. Barely a handful f fries and it was supposed to be a LG fry. I got a small. Now I am upset. And here's a kicker... the drink they give you right away before they send you to park. I took a swallow... pure carbonated water. No syrup. Walked up to the drive thru and handed it back to them. Try it again folks. They promised to have it delivered to the car with my order. That didn't happen. Had to get out go back in and get my soda. I still like culvers food and will still eat there but dangit it fellas ya make it tough."
