"Went thru drive thru, ordered Spicy Chicken. It and the fries were very very hot, which meant it was fresh but the chicken didn't taste like it was fully cooked. It was difficult to bite into. By this I mean it was Not tender at all. I actually went back to the drive thru and was going to give it back but there was a long line so I just left. I put a 3 for atmosphere since I didn't go in and 3 for Food bc the food was fresh...."

"It's fast food, but when your only getting 3 drinks in the drive-thru and I repeated my order 2 times and 1 more at the window and they said my total was $12.98. Needless to say they were going to give me 4 drinks and only ordered 3. Once that was squared away I got my 3 drinks except they still weren't what I ordered. Chalk it up to an off day I guess"

"Went through the drive-thru was told to wait even though I had an online order on the app it said it was ready I waited in the parking lot like I was told a gentleman came by he was holding a Wendy's bag but he didn't really make it clear who it belongs to waited a little longer went through the drive-thru again and asked the staff at my order was ready the gentleman in the Drive-Thru was pretty rude also guy from drive through did not honor my physical free Frosty key tag I bought this in store and was told it would be honored with any purchase frankly just visit other locations staff is way more friendly I won't return to this location"

"We haven't been inside a "Wendy's" in a long time. We went inside today & this "Wendy's" was Beautiful & Clean & Warm, & had a Very Comfortable atmosphere. It reminded me of "The Good Old Days" ( B.C.P. (Before Covid/ Pandemic) We will definitely be back. Thank You to the Hardworking Manager & to all the Hardworking Employees."
