"Been here a few times now and the last 2 times dining here was not so great. Both times we were served cold fries, added the parm garlic to the fries for an additional charge to our cold fries. We were also served some old bread that tasted like it was sitting out for a while. The beef rolls we had as an appetizer hardly had beef, all breading. Sorry to see this happen, I was really excited to see a local restaurant here, our first time was GREAT! We even ordered catering following our first time. Also very good. Unfortunately, after today we won’t be returning."

"First time dining here, and everything was great! Our food was ready within fifteen minutes of us ordering, and it hit the spot. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back to try other items on the menu!"
"First time at Big Sammy's and we loved it. We wanted to try a couple different items so we got the pizza and the clams linguine. Both were excellent. Big Sammy himself went around to the tables to introduce himself and we were checked on several times by other team members as well. Wait staff was on the move the entire time we were there, and the service was top notch."
